Hydraulic Hose Assemblies for Submersible Pumps
JGB offers J-Flex® hydraulic hose assemblies ideal for mobile equipment in outdoor working environments such as submersible pumps. These hydraulic hoses are constructed with a synthetic rubber inner tube resistant to mineral, vegetable and glycol based hydraulic fluids to ensure a smooth flow. All come with synthetic rubber MSHA approved covers to protect the hoses from environmental deterioration. For use in hydraulic applications where petroleum, water base and synthetic hydraulic fluids are required.
J-FLEX® 12M SAE 100R12 Hydraulic Hose
Reinforced with four high tensile steel spirals, this hose is designed for hydraulic systems with high peak pressures and arduous operating conditions. The special synthetic cover is designed to resist hydraulic oil, weather, and abrasion. The synthetic rubber tube is resistant to mineral, vegetable, and glycol based hydraulic oils. A MSHA cover is available.

This hose comes reinforced with 4 or 6 high tensile steel spirals and has a working pressure of 5000 psi and a burst pressure of 20000 psi. This hose is designed for hydraulic systems with high peak pressures and arduous operating conditions.

For medium to high pressure hydraulic systems in industry and agriculture. The synthetic rubber tube is resistant to hydraulic fluids, and the MSHA approved synthetic rubber cover is abrasion and ozone resistant. Various covers are available for this hose.
