62-02 Certified for cleanliness when making food grade hose assemblies utilizing internal expansion method and eliminating any possible bacteria entrapment within the hose assembly. Berg-Nelson is one of the exclusive distributors in the nation certified with the prestigious 3A Certificate. This encompasses our knowledge, equipment & product to adhere to the industry stringent standards. Certification is verifiable on the 3A website.

   RUBBER STRIPPING SERVICES

Since 1951, Berg~Nelson has been a provider of all your rubber material needs. If you’re looking for molded, extruded, lathe cut & die cut rubber parts, do not look any further. Berg–Nelson carries a variety of products including grommets, washers, bumpers, boots, bellows, bushings, rings, cups, weather stripping, gaskets, seals, sheeting and much more.

 

   TESTING & CERTIFICATION

We have the ability to test all your hose needs from low pressure air test to high pressure hydro testing.  We can supply certifications to document testing and have the availability for full traceability on our products.  We even can provide stainless steel tags for all your needs. With Berg~Nelson you can assured that hose assembly’s integrity and capability is to test it after it has been assembled. Industrial Hose & Hydraulics can hydrostatically pressure test your hose while also testing for electric conductivity to RMA, NAHAD and U.S. Coast Guard specifications. In addition, we can provide the test certifications and documentation required to show that the tests were performed and that the assembly conforms to certain performance criteria. Hose testing and certification can be performed at a very reasonable cost.

 

   THREADING, DRILLLING & CUTTING

 Berg~Nelson has the capability to thread pipe up to 4” and can cut and thread to your needs.  With our weld and machine shop we can handle any project that requires drilling. With our Fabrication and Machine Shop we have the capability to cut pipe up to 12”.

 

   SAFETY SURVEYS

With the Berg~Nelson Safety Survey you can measure your current performance and help diagnose and benchmark your performance against like organizations to understand where to focus your improvement planning. We’ll benchmark your results against an extensive database so you can assess your organization’s safety culture and performance compared to others in your industry.

 

   PRODUCT APPLICATION SURVEYS

Berg~Nelson Company’s trained and experience staff can help you make sure that your fluid transfer and fluid sealing products are safe and being used in a properly. We have made thousands of surveys over the years in the Fluid Transfer and Fluid Sealing Industry in which we service. Most of your surveys involve hose, expansion joints, and piping products. We can simply walk through your facility and point out concerns with those products or do a full scale survey with documentation showing what we find during our survey.

 

   GASKET CUTTING

Berg~Nelson provides a variety of gasket cutting services for different applications utilizing materials including PTFE, compressed sheet and more. In addition to gasket cutting capabilities, our value-added services include:

• Kitting
• CAD drawings from provided prints
• Gasket labeling and tagging

Berg~Nelson Company is a full gasket fabricator. We stock most gasket materials and have the ability to cut gaskets to meet your specifications.

   HOSE ASSEMBLY

Berg~Nelson  can fabricate hydraulic and Industrial Hoses while you wait. Just let us know your needs. Our products are fabricated to the exact specifications of your application.  While many of our standard products are always in stock we have also recently added a variety of pumps, cylinders, and custom units. At Berg~Nelson we are here to serve your routine applications as well as your most specialized needs.
